We have simplified our process and eliminated the email requirement, in order to best serve you and to secure your Udhia/Qurbani reservation, please visit/complete ONE of the following three options:​

OPTION 1: WILLIAMSPORT, MD (FARM)​

You may visit us at our Williamsport, Maryland Business "FARM" located at:

15680 Clear Spring Road,

Williamsport, MD 21795

Monday – Sunday [9 am to 3 pm EDT]

​Deadline for Deposits At the Farm:

​Tuesday May 26, 2026 by 3:00 pm EDT

Please ask one of our Team Member to provide you with a form to fill out and collect your deposit; regardless of whether you're provided a Receipt; a confirmation will be emailed to you.

OPTION 2: ANNANDALE, VA (DROP OFF LOCATION ONLY)

You may also visit us at our temporary Northern Virginia Drop off location at:

5117 Ravensworth Road,

Annandale, Virginia 22003 

Monday – Friday [9 am - 9 pm]

Please follow the signs/instructions. There will be a form for you to fill out and a drop box for you to drop off your form and deposit.

Friday May 22, 2026 by 3:00 pm EDT

Note: For the Northern Virginia Drop off location only, should you come before 9 am or after 9 pm and PRIOR to the deadline, you may drop off your deposit at the Annandale, VA location (through Friday May 22, 2026 by 3:00 pm EDT only) in the dropbox located adjacent to the business office. There will be signs for you to follow instructions at this location; your receipt will be emailed to you within 24-48 business hours.

Option 3: FOR CUSTOMERS WHO CANNOT DO EITHER LOCATIONS(APPLICABLE for QURBANI ORDERS ONLY)

You may mail in 1) your deposit by making a money order payable to Hamzah Slaughter House, LLC, 2)  include a note with: your full name, full address, phone number, email address, your reservation request (e.g. 1lamb? 2 goats? 1 beef?) and 3) mailing it via trackable mail with NO Signature Required e.g. FedEx or UPS to the following address:

1) COPY OF YOUR MONEY ORDER;

2) THE TRACKING NUMBER;

3) A COPY OF YOUR ID;

4) FULL NAME
5) FULL ADDRESS

Your mailed in package must be DELIVERED to us no later than Tuesday May 26, 2026 by 3:00 pm EDT. ​

Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive the non-refundable minimum required deposit (down payment). 

Upon receiving your deposit, you will receive a confirmation number within 24-48 business hours. Please text us if you did not receive a confirmation within that timeframe.

IN THE EVENT YOU DO NOT MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT BY THE  DEPOSIT DEADLINE(S), YOUR NON-CONFIRMED RESERVATION MAY STILL BE PROCESSED THE SECOND DAY OF EID ONLY. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TEXT US AT (703)216-3028 PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE TO THE FARM TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY OF LIVESTOCK E.G. LAMB/GOAT/COWS.

PLEASE BE SURE WE STILL HAVE YOUR POSSIBLE REQUEST AVAILABLE IN STOCK BEFORE YOU COME; WE HAVE UNFORTUNATELY RETURNED CUSTOMERS DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY.

NEW POLICY IN PLACE: Please be advised: Regardless of the quantity ordered, only TWO customers/people are allowed per order to come in for their animal selection. This policy is being applied strictly and without exceptions.

If multiple people are involved in your group order and each wishes to be present or select their own animals, each person must fill out a separate reservation form and place their own individual order.
